to the Astan (custodianship) of the holy shrine.<\/p>\n<p>A flag on which \u201cFuzt Wa Rabb al-Kaaba\u201d is written has been raised on the dome of the holy mausoleum and its walls are covered in black.<\/p>\n<p>Fuzt wa Rabb al-Kaaba, a phrase said by Imam Ali (AS) when he was struck in the head, means: \u201cI swear to the Lord of the Kaaba that I have prospered.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Shia Muslims and others in different parts of the world hold mourning ceremonies every year on the 21<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0day of the holy month of Ramadan, which marks the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali
