1. Be kind and considerate towards parents (Ayah 83/Surah Al-Baqarah; Ayah 151/Surah Al-An’aam; Ayah 14/Surah Al-Maryam)
2. Be just to parents (Ayah 180/Surah Al-Baqarah)
3. Spend money on them (Ayah 215/Surah Al-Baqarah)
4. Pray for parents (Ayah 41/Surah Al-Ibrahim)
5. Do not quarrel or say any bad word to parents (Ayah 23/Surah Al-Asra)
6. Be courteous and protect them (Ayah 24/Surah Al-Asra)
7. Give them their full rights (Ayah 25/Surah Al-Asra)
8. Obey parents except if they order Shirk towards God (Ayah 8/ Surah Al-Ankabut)
9. Give thanks to parents (Ayah 14/ Surah Al-Loqmaan; Ayah 15/Surah Al-Ahqaaf)
