Imam al-Kadhim in the eyes of Sunni scholars

Ibn Abi Al-Hadid Mu’tazili (died 655 AH):

Ibn Abi al-Hadid al-Mu’tazili, one of the Sunni scholars and the commentator of the book Nahj al-Balaghah, writes about that Imam.

Musa ibn Ja’far ibn Muhammad is the same as Abd Saleh. [He] had gathered between jurisprudence and religion and piety and patience.

Ibn Abi al-Hadid al-Madani al-Mu’tazili (died 655 AH), Explanation of Nahj al-Balagha, vol. 15, p. 172, edited by Muhammad Abd al-Karim al-Nimri, publisher: Dar al-Kutub al-Ilmiyya – Beirut / Lebanon, first edition, 1418 AH – 1998 CE.

Ibn Khallakan (died 681 H. Q.):

He writes about the personality of the Imam in the book “Death of the nobles”:

Musa Al-Kadhim: Abu al-Hasan Musa al-Kadhim bin Jaafar al-Sadiq bin Muhammad al-Baqir bin Ali Zain al-Abidin Ibn al-Husayn bin Ali bin Abi Talib, may God be pleased with them, one of the twelve imams, may God be pleased with them all.

He was very generous and merciful and sometimes he heard that someone was harassing him, But he sent her a bag containing a thousand dinars; He packed the bags of money into 300 dinars, 400 dinars, and 200 dinars and distributed them among the poor of Medina.

Nizam al-Din al-Nisaburi (died 728 AH):

He, Like Fakhr al-Razi in his commentary on Surah Kawthar, according to the third view, consider Imam al-Kadhim as one of the examples of Kawthar:

The third view is that Kawthar means the children of the Messenger of God; The world is full of the children of the Messenger of God; There are so many great scholars from the Ahl al-Bayt that they cannot be counted. Hazrat Baqir, Sadegh, Kadhim, Reza, Javad, Hadi, and Hassan Askari (as) are among those scholars.
